Five years after its first launch, TikTok, a video-sharing-focused social network, has taken the world by storm.

People have downloaded the app more than 2 million times in 150 countries. It offers a stream of short videos that are algorithmically selected and filled with music, dancing, and other bits of user-created entertainment.

DISQO surveyed 39.552 adult Americans in the United States to create this report. The goal was to better understand TikTok usage, consumer attitudes, and brand advertising on the social media platform.
