Microsoft Bing recently added three new notations to its search result pages. These include price history, coupons available and ethical choice ratings.
Price history.Bing shows a graph that shows whether a product’s price has changed, decreased, or remained stable. It shows the high, median, and low prices. Here’s how it looks:
This annotation is available in the U.S.A., Canada and France as well as Australia, Great Britain, Australia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Australia, and India.
Coupons available. Bing will show searchers in the search results if coupons are available for a website. The coupon will be automatically copied and applied to the purchase by shoppers without them having to perform a separate search for a code. Here’s how it looks:
This annotation is now available in France, the U.S., Canada, Australia and Australia.
Ethical choice. This annotation shows whether a brand sells fair trade, upcycled, or eco-friendly fashion. Microsoft Bing recently expanded its Ethical Shopping Hub. This hub assigns a rating (powered By Good on You) based on the brand’s impact on humans, the planet, and animals.
